How Southwestern Eye Center Improved Their Search Ranking and Increased Patient Traffic

Southwestern Eye Center partnered with SocialClimb to solve a local search and reputation challenge across more than 24 markets. Although the practice had 45 doctors and cared for thousands of patients each month, it struggled to generate enough reviews and feedback to improve rankings and protect against the impact of occasional negative feedback.

SocialClimb implemented an automated review and feedback platform that sent patient review invitations by text and email, routed private feedback to the right teams, and provided reporting and response tools for providers and locations. As a result, Southwestern Eye Center now receives 250+ public reviews each month, has more than 126,000 reviews across major platforms, improved its average rating from 3.64 to 4.64 stars, and became the top search result in most markets while nearly all tracked keywords reached the Google 3-Pack.
