Case Study: OrthoVirginia boosts reviews and online visibility with SocialClimb

A SocialClimb Case Study

Preview of the OrthoVirginia Case Study

How OrthoVirginia Uses Online Reviews to Improve Outcomes

OrthoVirginia, the largest provider of orthopedic medicine and therapy in Virginia, wanted a more intentional way to capture patient feedback and increase online reviews. The practice saw that organic reviews often came from patients with especially strong emotions, so they partnered with SocialClimb and its online reputation platform to make it easier for more patients to leave feedback.

SocialClimb set up automated, personalized review requests sent within 24 hours of care by text or email, giving patients a quick way to share public or private reviews. As a result, OrthoVirginia collected 28,000 reviews after starting with SocialClimb, growing from about 7,000 to nearly 35,000 public reviews, and improved its star rating from 3.95 to 4.85. The practice also saw increased calls and website clicks from Google My Business listings, and it now uses SocialClimb to monitor negative reviews and spot trends for ongoing care improvements.
