Longview Orthopaedic Clinic, a leading surgical practice in East Texas, wanted to improve an online reputation that lagged behind the quality of care it provided. Despite strong in-person service, many of its doctors had few or no reviews, and increasing competition made it important to strengthen visibility and stay the top choice for orthopedic and spine care. The clinic turned to SocialClimb for a software solution to help generate more reviews, improve Google Local Search presence, and provide better reporting.

SocialClimb implemented its platform in November 2019, and later added call trackers and paid ads to give the clinic better control and visibility into patient acquisition. The results included a 2,650% increase in Google reviews each month, a 41% increase in monthly calls from Google Business Profiles, and growth from 2 to 55 Google reviews per month. Longview Orthopaedic Clinic also saw 20% year-over-year growth, with 395 new patients from 781 appointments in November and December, and an overall patient acquisition cost of $16.73, showing measurable ROI from SocialClimb.
