Lone Peak Dental Group, a Denver-area organization supporting more than 65 independent dental practices across the United States, needed a better way to improve each practice’s online reputation while preserving local branding. With many locations having only a handful of reviews and low average ratings, they struggled to appear prominently in Google search results for dental care. SocialClimb was brought in to help with reputation management and review generation.
SocialClimb implemented an integrated reputation management platform across Lone Peak Dental Group’s practices, including automated review reminders, review monitoring and response tools, customizable workflows, and reporting through real-time API integrations. The results included a 75% increase in new patients from word-of-mouth referrals, more than 14,000 total reviews across the group, an average rating increase from 4.4 to 4.62 stars, and a 191% jump in reviews at actively using locations in the first year, rising from 344 to 1,000.
