GI Alliance, a multi-state gastroenterology practice with 300+ locations across 14 states, needed a better way to manage patient reputation and satisfaction as it pursued aggressive growth. It switched from its previous patient reputation management software to SocialClimb in April 2020 to gain predictive targeting capabilities and more actionable data.
Using SocialClimb’s platform, GI Alliance centralized review management, Google Business Profile updates, NPS reporting, and executive reporting across hundreds of practices. The results were strong: monthly reviews rose from about 881 to 2,501, a 184% increase; Google Business Profile views grew from 1.4 million to 2.3 million and calls from 39,203 to 63,225; and the organization achieved an overall NPS of 93 with 95% of responders rating their experience a 9 or 10.
