DIRECTV Latin America, a leading digital television provider serving more than 18 million customers and employing over 15,000 people across SKY Brazil, SKY Mexico and DIRECTV PanAmericana, faced a common challenge: a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse workforce with no single collaboration platform.
