Louvre Hotels Group, the international hospitality leader with over 1,180 hotels across 51 countries, needed to provide guests with reliable, fast Wi‑Fi and a better way to communicate and market offers across its Polish properties. Louvre Hotels Group engaged Social WiFi to deliver a world‑class internet infrastructure and Social WiFi’s smart Wi‑Fi marketing service.

Social WiFi rolled out the solution in over 70% of Golden Tulip, Campanile and Première Classe hotels in Poland, installing several hundred access points and more than 20 km of cabling, and launched branded welcome pages, targeted email marketing (including booking redirects to bypass OTAs) and a Mystery Shopper feedback system. The deployment modernized and sped up guest internet access, gave Louvre Hotels Group tools to personalize promotions and drive direct bookings, and created an automated guest-feedback loop — all delivered by Social WiFi.
