Jump Xtreme, a leading children's play attraction in England, needed a solution to identify visitors, communicate during and after visits, and convert satisfied customers into repeat visitors while staying GDPR-compliant. They engaged Social WiFi to provide a branded guest WiFi/login and customer engagement service that would capture contact data without requiring expensive hardware replacements.

Social WiFi delivered a fully branded login and welcome page with contact capture and an instant feedback mechanism that routed issues to management and enabled direct replies via the Social WiFi dashboard. In the first six months Jump Xtreme recorded over 2,100 unique users and 88 feedback submissions, achieved faster review gathering (≈2.5x) and expanded its database for targeted remarketing—helping boost event promotion and overall customer engagement.
