Hotel Bania**** Thermal & Ski, a 156‑room resort at the foot of Poland’s largest ski area with thermal pools and extensive guest services, needed to meet high guest expectations for WiFi while turning that connectivity into a marketing and guest‑insight tool. To do this they deployed Social WiFi, using the platform to replace a basic hotspot with a login and data‑capture service that supports social/email login, welcome content and automated communications.

Social WiFi was configured to show a branded splash page, send instant welcome emails, drop remarketing cookies and collect guest feedback via a star rating linked to TripAdvisor and mailing tools. In the first 2.5 months the hotel recorded over 7,200 WiFi logins, gathered more than 5,000 email addresses, received 620 ratings (160 written reviews) and increased TripAdvisor engagement — giving Hotel Bania a large, targeted database for remarketing and automated guest outreach while streamlining feedback collection.
