Global Asia Sinergi (GAS), a specialized IT service provider, partnered with Social WiFi to address a challenge faced by one of their corporate banking clients. The bank needed a WiFi solution to boost customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities across its widespread Indonesian branches, but required a system that could be deployed efficiently and integrate data directly into its own secured systems.

Social WiFi implemented its service using a mix of existing integrations with Extreme Networks hardware and new MikroTik routers, minimizing on-site visits. They also accelerated the release of their API to feed all captured data directly into the bank's systems. The solution was a success, with Social WiFi enabling the deployment across 300 branches and facilitating over 900,000 user connections in the first 12 months, seamlessly providing valuable customer data for marketing.
