Europa Hotel, a luxury four‑star venue in Starachowice with 154 modern rooms, faced the common hotel challenge of identifying guests and delivering timely, relevant information about the property and nearby attractions. To simplify guest communication and data capture, Europa Hotel implemented Social WiFi’s guest Wi‑Fi and engagement platform, allowing visitors to log in via social media or email and access a hotel-branded welcome page.

Social WiFi provided social/email login, branded landing pages, guest data capture (age, gender, language), automated segmented email campaigns, immediate on‑arrival messages, a Mystery Shopper post‑stay 1–5 star feedback flow, and TripAdvisor integration. As a result, Europa Hotel now collects measurable post‑stay ratings, targets offers by guest profile, addresses issues before public reviews appear, improves TripAdvisor positioning, and drives more direct bookings to reduce OTA commissions — delivering clearer communication and higher perceived service quality, according to the hotel’s director.
