Club Brava rolls out the red carpet for their WiFi users

Brava Management, a leading hospitality management group in Puerto Rico, partnered with Social WiFi to better identify visitors and contact them with promotions. Their prior process for adding guests to a CRM was manual and slow, so they sought a WiFi-based solution to automate data capture and streamline communications.

Social WiFi implemented a fully branded captive portal, email automation tools (including welcome and birthday emails), and a Web Dashboard for easy export of contact details. As a result, Brava Management grew their subscriber list and increased repeat visitation—over 1,000 users connected to the service in six months—allowing Social WiFi to boost their database far more quickly and efficiently than manual methods.
