The Venetian | The Palazzo, a major Las Vegas events destination, needed event-design software that could handle extreme scale and complexity. Since 2014 they’ve run more than 2,000 events and added over a quarter-million furniture objects, which exposed stability and capacity limits in existing tools and prompted a collaboration to build a next-generation platform able to support 10x more objects per event.
The upgraded Social Tables solution lets teams instantly upload and accurately scale vendors’ PDF diagrams, reuse complex buffet layouts with a Favorites library, and include fire-code details to speed marshal approvals in strict Clark County. The result: faster drafting and production workflows, measurable time savings for staff, improved client experience, more repeat business and higher referral rates.
