Existing proposal systems produced long, text-heavy Word documents and emails with limited visuals and poor flexibility, making it hard for the hotel to differentiate itself or keep menus and offers up to date.
By piloting Social Tables’ Propose tool, the team created visually engaging, fully customizable proposals—complete with images, floor plans and dynamic menu attachments—and used built-in analytics to see what clients viewed most. The faster, tailored proposals improved efficiency, helped The Liaison stand out during the sales process, and gave the team actionable intel to time follow-ups and better anticipate client needs.
