A Social Tables Case Study
Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa is Sofitel's flagship luxury resort on Tanjong Beach, offering 215 rooms, suites and villas and 14,000 sq. ft. of event space across 15 meeting rooms and two ballrooms. After a 2015 rebrand and redevelopment, the events team faced growing demand—about 120 event requests per month—and needed better ways to prepare proposals and help overseas clients visualize the resort without site visits.
The team adopted Social Tables and interactive 3D floor plans to create more realistic, professional proposals. The new tools improved presentation efficiency, freed up time for strategic planning, lead generation and follow-up, and helped the hotel win more business while staying competitive.
