How Chick-Fil-A Effortlessly Transported 1,000 Of Their Partners By Using Social Tables

Chick‑fil‑A brought 4,000 restaurant operators to Orlando for its 2014 Operator’s Seminar and wanted a white‑glove arrival experience that began at the airport. The logistics team, led by Senior Events Consultant Jack Lowe, faced a communications challenge: how to translate flight manifests into real‑time bus assignments so each operator could be met curbside by their assigned business consultant and personal concierge.

They solved it with Social Tables by mapping each motorcoach as a 55‑seat table, uploading the guest list, and having airport staff drag‑and‑drop names into seats at check‑in. Hotels then pulled the exact passenger lists to prepare room keys and dispatch consultants/concierges to greeting bays—resulting in 60 motorcoaches managed, zero hotel check‑in lines, and 4,000 satisfied operators.
