A Social Seeder Case Study
The Université Libre de Bruxelles, a French-speaking private research university in Brussels, partnered with Social Seeder in 2017 to launch an ambassador (employee advocacy) program aimed at strengthening community ties with students and improving the university’s awareness and image on social media.
Social Seeder built a landing page, recruited and segmented ambassadors (students, teachers, alumni, event attendees and external fans), and ran 1–2 targeted campaigns per month including a successful recruitment drive; the program yielded 2,100 ambassadors, 95% remained active after one year, each ambassador generated an average of 28.3 clicks, and 15% share regularly on at least two social channels.
