SD WORX, a leading European payroll and HR services provider, partnered with Social Seeder in 2017 to launch an employee advocacy program. Faced with declining organic reach due to social platform algorithm changes, SD WORX wanted to boost marketing reach, increase website visits and support recruitment by mobilizing employees to share branded content via Social Seeder’s advocacy platform.
Using Social Seeder’s platform SD WORX ran segmented campaigns (about four per month) and grew its ambassador base to over 200 (170 active last month) with a target of 500. One bilingual campaign invited 142 employees, saw over 60% share the content (133 shares), achieved ~16,134 people reached and 800 unique hits — roughly 10 visits per sharer — showing Social Seeder delivered measurable increases in visibility and traffic.
