SD WORX partnered with Social Seeder to strengthen its employee ambassador marketing efforts and overcome changing social network algorithms. The company wanted a better way to activate internal ambassadors, increase awareness of the program, and drive more consistent social sharing across its teams.

Using Social Seeder’s ambassador program platform, SD WORX recruited more than 500 ambassadors in Belgium, with 80% active in the last month, and sent around four campaigns per month to different segments. One standout campaign, “Belonen zonder extra loonkosten,” achieved more than 60% shares from 142 invitees, generating 133 shares, a reach of about 16,134 people, and 800 unique hits.
