Facilicom Group, a facility-services company with 31,000 employees across four countries and more than 50 years of experience (active in healthcare since 2014), partnered with Social Seeder in 2016 to launch an employee advocacy program. Their challenge was to boost employee engagement and use staff to drive meaningful website traffic and support marketing communications in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Social Seeder provided an employee advocacy platform and segmented campaigns—Facilicom now has over 400 ambassadors (40% active) and runs about two campaigns per month—enabling employees to share ready-made content. Results include the “Facilicom Group number 1 on MT500” campaign, where 67 employees shared across an average of 1.2 channels and generated roughly 846 website visits (about 12.62 visits per ambassador); Facilicom reports improved content relevance and measurable traffic gains thanks to Social Seeder.
