Destiny, a Belgian cloud-telecom challenger competing with brands like Orange, Telenet and Proximus, engaged Social Seeder in 2017 to build an ambassador community to boost brand awareness, strengthen employer branding and recruit top talent. Although Destiny had satisfied customers and growing revenue, the company needed greater name recognition and employee-led outreach to convert leads and attract candidates.

Social Seeder implemented an ambassador program—more than 65 ambassadors (57 active last month) with roughly four campaigns sent monthly—leveraging employees to share company news. One campaign featuring CEO Daan De Wever achieved over 78% sharing from 69 invitees (61 total shares), reached about 7,208 people and generated 1,412 website visits (≈26 visits per sharer), demonstrating Social Seeder’s measurable impact on awareness and traffic.
