Delaware, a fast-growing global company, wanted to strengthen employee engagement while also using employee advocacy to support marketing goals like awareness, website traffic, and conversions. To do this, they worked with Social Seeder, using its employee advocacy platform to involve employees as ambassadors for relevant campaigns.

Social Seeder helped Delaware run about four campaigns per month across different employee segments, with more than 210 ambassadors and 80% active participation. The results included strong performance on campaigns like “Young ICT Lady of the Year,” which drove more than 290 votes from 47 employees’ networks, and “AI 4 Business Summit,” which generated around 320 website visits with 47 employees sharing across 1.85 social channels on average.
