Delaware, a fast‑growing global solutions provider with about 1,700 employees across 26 offices, partnered with Social Seeder in 2017 to launch an employee advocacy program. Their challenge was to better engage employees as brand ambassadors and leverage that engagement for marketing goals — raising awareness, driving website traffic, and boosting conversions.

Using Social Seeder’s ambassador platform and segmented campaigns, Delaware built a program of more than 210 ambassadors (80% active) with an average of four campaigns per month. The results include tangible engagement and conversion lifts: a voting campaign with 47 employees generated over 290 votes, and the AI 4 Business campaign (47 employees) produced ~320 website visits (about 7 visits per ambassador) with an average of 1.85 social shares per employee — demonstrating Social Seeder’s impact on awareness, traffic and conversions.
