Baloise Group, a leading insurer pursuing a "digital where possible, always human" strategy, partnered with Social Seeder in 2018 to roll out an employee advocacy program as part of a new digital strategy. Their objectives were clear: build an ambassador community, increase online sales, and retain and attract talent by mobilizing employees as brand advocates.

Social Seeder implemented an ambassador program and ran 52 campaigns (more than four per month), which collectively drove almost 8,000 visits to Baloise Group’s website and reached nearly 200,000 people through employees. Engagement was strong—80% of ambassadors shared at least one campaign, 65% opened campaign emails, and ambassadors shared on average across 1.5 social channels—while a highlight campaign, "De Warmste Week," helped raise €104,893. Social Seeder’s platform delivered measurable reach, traffic, and employee participation.
