West Elm launches new stores with local creators

West Elm, the modern furniture retailer, wanted to build buzz and local relationships for the opening day of 12 new store locations across the U.S. It partnered with Social Native to support this goal with creator-led content.

Social Native helped West Elm activate 150 Instagram creators in each store’s local community and produce localized content, including exclusive tote bag imagery tied to each market. West Elm then repurposed the best-performing creator content across Stories and other owned social channels, resulting in 150+ unique images across 12 markets and a potential audience reach of 2.9M+.
