Petco partnered with Social Native to find a way to build positive brand sentiment, engage its existing customer base, and attract new customers. The retailer wanted a scalable approach to content and promotion across key in-store activations and special campaigns.
Using Social Native’s creator and user-generated content platform, Petco ran campaigns for events like Halloween, Christmas, and other promotions with nearly 3,000 pet creators. The program delivered 42 campaigns, generated more than 3.6 million engagements, reached over 67 million potential customers, and achieved a 7% engagement rate.
