Office Depot, a leading global provider of office supplies, partnered with vendor Social Native to collect, curate, and distribute user-generated content. Their challenge was to leverage this content on their ecommerce site to better assist consumers with their purchasing decisions and to enhance their online presence.
The solution implemented was Social Native’s new shoppable galleries, which were mobile responsive and customizable. This led to a significant improvement in key metrics, as the conversion rate for impressions increased from 9.13% to 11.86% and the rate for interactions grew from 4.88% to 7.81%, representing a 1.5X higher conversion rate from interactions.
