Microsoft worked with Social Native to help its content resonate better across the LATAM market. Microsoft, one of the world’s leading multinational tech companies, found that the creative that performed well in the U.S. was not connecting with audiences in Latin America, so it needed authentic, regionalized content for paid social campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Social Native geolocated and activated creators across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay to produce content from a consumer point of view instead of a highly produced agency style. The campaign generated more than 200 images and videos, achieved a 9.8% average engagement rate, and delivered engagement 2.5x higher than the benchmark.
