Kraft partnered with Social Native to inspire creators to share how they warm up on a cold winter day with a cup of hot cocoa. The brand wanted creators to use their imagination and showcase their favorite cocoa made with Swiss Miss and Jet-Puffed products.

Social Native helped Kraft find and activate new consumers to purchase the products and share their hot cocoa experiences. The campaign activated 25 unique creators and reached 575K+ new consumers, with content averaging a 4.74% engagement rate, which was 183% higher than the food and beverage industry average.
