Dick’s Sporting Goods scores big with 5.9% engagement rate

Dick’s Sporting Goods, America’s largest sporting goods retailer, wanted to build awareness for top-tier brands in its stores, including The North Face, Adidas, Under Armour, Nike, and Patagonia, to help drive holiday season sales. To do this, Dick’s Sporting Goods worked with Social Native to create authentic, relevant content that highlighted its diverse customer base and the products available in local stores.

Social Native activated 40 creators to visit a Dick’s location and purchase their favorite products, generating more than 50 images and videos across seven in-store brands. The campaign delivered a 5.96% engagement rate, significantly above the 1.36% industry average, showing strong performance and measurable impact for Dick’s Sporting Goods.
