Crocs, the iconic footwear brand, wanted to move beyond its well-known clogs and build buzz around its wider footwear range, especially to reach Gen Z consumers with more relevant and engaging brand storytelling. To do this, Crocs partnered with Social Native to generate cost-efficient user-generated content (UGC) at scale.
Using Social Native’s platform, Crocs activated real creators to produce authentic photo and video content across a wide range of campaigns. The approach made UGC a core part of Crocs’ marketing, with results including more than 600 creators activated, over 800 pieces of original content across 50+ campaigns, a 21.5% average engagement rate, and 3.7 million+ new consumers reached.
