Toshiba TFIS Engages B2B Sales Teams in a Social Selling Initiative through Tailored Training and the Sociabble Platform

Toshiba TFIS, the office-printing arm of Toshiba, sought to boost visibility for its printing and dematerialization offers and turn employees into brand ambassadors to generate new B2B opportunities. The main challenge was engaging sales teams with varying levels of social media experience and embedding social selling into the company’s inbound marketing strategy.

Toshiba launched the Imprimer Dématérialiser blog and deployed the Sociabble employee-advocacy platform, pairing content aggregation with tailored pre-launch and ongoing training (regional ambassadors, monthly webinars) plus gamification and UGC features. Within six months users’ sharing produced a monthly reach of 250,000 impressions, the program was extended to external distributors, and Toshiba is expanding the initiative across other business lines and adding lead-tracking to measure impact.
