The Adecco France Group Launches an Employee Advocacy and Engagement Program, Transforming Brand Communication with Sociabble

Adecco France — a division of the world’s leading recruitment firm with 5,000 employees, 1,000 sites, 15 brands and 45 social accounts — faced the challenge of making relevant content easy to find and helping employees use social media as a business tool across a complex, multi‑brand organization. The group needed a scalable launch and training plan to turn active sharers into advocates, improve personal branding and enable social selling while measuring ROI.

Adecco implemented the Sociabble employee advocacy and engagement platform, creating 14 themed channels that aggregate brand feeds, user content and market intelligence, plus mobile apps, gamification and targeted onboarding (super‑ambassadors, management endorsement and webinars). Adoption drove broad access to all 45 social accounts, boosted sharing around a rebrand campaign to reach over six million end users, and delivered monthly KPI dashboards that quantify employee advocacy ROI versus paid media.
