SoLocal Group Drives its Brand Visibility through a Complete Employee Advocacy Program

SoLocal Group (PagesJaunes, Mappy, A Vendre A Louer, Ooreka) set out in 2016 to reinforce brand awareness on social media by turning employees into brand advocates. The challenge was to bring staff with varying digital skills up to speed and create a scalable program that amplified corporate, HR and user-generated content across personal networks.

SoLocal combined the Sociabble employee advocacy platform with dedicated Social Media Day workshops and a three-month pilot for 40 users, using organized content, gamification and training to drive participation. The program produced strong adoption and management buy-in—ambassadors now support a quarterly rollout—delivering over 5,600 sharing actions (an average of 43 shares per user per month), measurable increases in likes/shares/reach, and added value for employer branding and recruitment.
