Scala Boosts Website Traffic in Weeks through Employee Advocacy

Scala, a Microsoft France partner, wanted to boost its partners’ digital transformation by increasing the visibility of brand content, turning employees into brand advocates, and driving more traffic to its website. Selected for a four-month pilot of the Sociabble employee advocacy platform, Scala sought an easy way to empower employees to share and create content on social media.

Using Sociabble’s visual content aggregation, gamification and one-click sharing, Scala ran challenges that encouraged content creation and participation across its 150 employees. The campaign produced an immediate engagement spike (94% activity rate one month in), and after three months 66% of employees were connected and 60% active. Business results included a 30% increase in overall website traffic and a 90% rise in traffic from social media, with brand exposure amplified two- to ten-fold depending on the message.
