Renault Trucks France A New Digital Communication System to Unite the Sales Network

Renault Trucks France — part of the AB Volvo group with over 4,000 employees across 310 sites — needed to modernize how it informs and mobilizes its sales, service and workshop teams. Existing channels (intranets, mass emails, town halls and a quarterly magazine) were poorly suited to field staff who spend most of their time on the road or in workshops, creating a risk of slow training and uneven adoption of its new E‑Tech electric offerings.

To fix this, Renault Trucks partnered with Sociabble to launch Tous, a mobile‑first, SSO‑enabled communication hub with themed channels, targeted notifications, must‑reads, newsletters and interactive features (quizzes, surveys, challenges). Deployed in weeks, Tous quickly became the central platform for real‑time updates and employee content, driving daily active usage, stronger internal engagement, wider visibility for field activities, increased employee advocacy at events and faster dissemination of product and market knowledge.
