Morgan Philips Group, an international recruitment and talent management company operating in more than 20 countries, needed to raise awareness of its multiple brands and consultant expertise in a highly competitive market. To do that, it relied on employee advocacy and later adopted Sociabble to make it easier for employees to share job postings and branded content while supporting the MPG Voices program.

With Sociabble, Morgan Philips Group implemented a more intuitive, engaging platform for daily content sharing, performance tracking, and wider amplification of employee posts. The results were strong: in 2024 ambassadors reached 2 million LinkedIn connections and 340 million people, while the program also delivered 12,000 LinkedIn interactions, 8,000 leads, €1.2 million in equivalent paid media savings, and recognition as #1 in Europe and #2 globally among the most influential recruitment companies on social media.
