L'OCCITANE Group, a Provence-founded leader in natural and organic cosmetics with over 3,000 points of sale in 90+ countries, needed to unite employees around a new global brand strategy with only two months to launch. The company had no global internal communication tool and faced the added challenge of engaging diverse audiences—including retail and industrial frontline workers without corporate email or devices—while securing local adoption across markets.
