Intech Deploys Sociabble to Bridge Communication Distances in Medical Solutions

Intech, a medical device solutions and services company with nine sites worldwide, faced a major internal communication challenge: keeping office and frontline employees connected across locations in the U.S., France, and Malaysia. With many deskless workers lacking corporate email, Intech turned to Sociabble and its branded app, Flash, to create a more inclusive way to share information, strengthen engagement, and showcase its innovative employer brand.

Sociabble helped Intech launch global channels, user-generated content spaces, My Apps, TV widgets, and translation features to make communication more accessible and localized. In just two months, 60% of employees joined the platform, including 35% of frontline workers, and some sites reached 85% adoption. Flash also generated more than 500 pieces of content, with 48% created by employees themselves, showing strong engagement and collaboration enabled by Sociabble.
