Case Study: Renault Group doubles employee advocacy reach with Sociabble

A Sociabble Case Study

Preview of the Renault Group Case Study

In 2020, the Renault Group Doubled Its Reach in Employee Advocacy

Renault Group, a 120+-year-old global automaker with 170,000 employees across 130+ countries, faced the challenge of unifying its brand identity and amplifying its presence on social networks through a diverse, dispersed workforce. Lacking a centralized way to aggregate and share content, the company needed a mobile, multilingual platform to turn employees into consistent brand ambassadors and boost online visibility.

Renault implemented Sociabble’s "Share It!"—a branded, mobile-first employee advocacy platform offering curated and user-generated content, analytics, targeting, gamification and CSR rewards. The program engaged 1,200 ambassadors, doubled employee advocacy reach year-over-year (2019→2020), secured first place in share of voice at major motor shows, and supported 400+ trees planted, while improving employees’ digital skills and employer brand.
