How Sociabble Rewards Drive Employee Engagement and Experience

ACA Group, a Belgian IT services and solutions company with over 250 employees, wanted to make internal communication more engaging and improve employee participation, employer branding, and CSR involvement. Before working with Sociabble, traditional channels like email newsletters and wiki posts were not generating enough interaction, and the company needed a better way to motivate employees and strengthen its brand presence.

Sociabble implemented Sociabble Rewards, a gamified engagement feature that lets employees earn points for content sharing, quizzes, surveys, and peer recognition, with rewards redeemed through an integrated gift store. The impact was measurable: over eight months, ACA Group distributed 491 reward points to 72 employees, including 369 employee-shared posts and 82 participants in the UEFA Euro 2024 Digital Challenge. ACA Group also saw greater internal activity, stronger CSR participation, and increased visibility on LinkedIn, helping boost both engagement and employer branding.
