Groupama, a mutual insurance group, wanted to boost the impact of its digital communication by turning employees — and later stakeholders — into brand advocates. The challenge was to transfer its existing social connections into the digital sphere, engage users across regions, and deliver tailored content that aligned with the company’s global brand strategy.
Groupama deployed the Sociabble brand advocacy platform, creating two distinct networks (employees and stakeholders) with regional channels (14 tailored channels) and gamification to drive sharing. Using analytics to identify top advocates and guide members, the platform engaged several hundred advocates, amplified the reach of company content, and helped Groupama meet its engagement and targeted-communication objectives.
