Generali, a global insurer founded in 1831 with over 72,000 employees, needed to bring its core sales force—local agents—into the digital and social media era. The company faced a cultural and practical challenge: agents had to build personal brands and generate leads online, but adoption was the main hurdle, so any solution had to be easy to use, mobile-friendly, and provide ready-to-share, relevant content.

Generali partnered with Sociabble to launch a mobile-native Employee Advocacy and Social Selling platform with simple onboarding, curated content streams, and advanced local Facebook management, supported by regional Digital Sales Champions. The program reached thousands of agents, met the target of 4+ content shares per agent per month, and grew active participation from 30% toward a 50% KPI while rolling out across multiple countries; next steps include language translation and direct publishing connectors.
