Enedis A Successful Gamble to Transform the Work-Study Experience

Enedis wanted to improve the onboarding and engagement of its 2,000 interns, who were spread across France and lacked a unified, tailored communication experience. To address this challenge, Enedis worked with Sociabble and used the Sociabble platform to create Social Grid Alternant, a digital space built to help interns feel informed, connected, and recognized.

Sociabble helped Enedis launch a platform with practical information, user-generated content, social media support, interactive challenges, and workshops. The results were strong: 1,357 interns registered, 80% were active by September 2024, 54% interacted with content, and the platform generated 10,786 actions, 519 user posts, and 3,100 survey responses. Enedis also earned a 4.12/5 employer-brand score from ChooseMyCompany and the HappyIndex®Trainees 2025 label, showing measurable impact on engagement and employer branding.
