Seris, a leading French professional security group with over 60 years of experience and some 40,000 employees (7,000 in France across 50 branches), faced a major challenge: field agents were poorly connected to the brand and to each other due to outdated, infrequent communication and virtually no mobile digital services. This gap left agents feeling remote, made it hard to measure engagement, and slowed administrative processes between agents and branches.

With consulting support from Arctus, Seris deployed Sociabble’s mobile-first platform, Open’Up, combining corporate news with operational tools (Service Desk, Read & Sign, Media Drive, audience targeting) and a targeted launch campaign. The result: fast onboarding and daily use by agents, faster and more transparent handling of administrative requests, improved branch efficiency, higher employee engagement (including a popular CSR “trees” program), and stronger, more reliable employer and customer reassurance.
