Edenred France set out to transform its commercial teams from passive social users into recognized industry ambassadors. The company needed a way to make approved, relevant content easy to access, build individual personal brands, and embed social selling into everyday sales workflows.
Edenred combined social‑selling training and a new editorial strategy ("Manager Attitude") with the Sociabble platform to aggregate approved content into themed channels, incentivize sharing through gamification, and provide dashboards for individual and team KPIs. A two‑week pilot tripled sharing activity and reached several thousand people, improved market intelligence and UGC sharing, and established measurable social‑selling workflows ready for CRM lead‑tracking integration.
