BNP Paribas BDDF Entreprises Launches Social Selling with Sociabble, Leading the Way in Social Business within Financial Services

BNP Paribas BDDF Entreprises wanted its commercial teams to be as confident using social media to connect with clients as they are in face‑to‑face meetings. The challenge was to give busy salespeople easy access to high‑value, ready‑to‑share content and the training needed to adopt a social selling mindset without adding complexity to their workflow.

The bank rolled out Sociabble with dedicated social media training, creating 17 themed channels that aggregate company feeds, third‑party content, UGC and executive posts, plus mobile apps, gamification and personal performance dashboards. With about 300 users the program now generates over 700,000 monthly audience touchpoints, boosts visibility for selected newsletter articles (sent to ~80,000 recipients) and paved the way for a successful LinkedIn Sales Navigator rollout.
