Pierre Fabre is a French pharmaceutical and dermo‑cosmetic group with about 10,000 employees worldwide. Facing uneven internal communication—factory and field staff often missed timely or relevant information—the company set out to modernize its digital workplace as part of a broader transformation to be more agile, inclusive and patient‑oriented, while complementing existing Microsoft tools.

In 2021 Pierre Fabre launched Blue Voice on Sociabble: a mobile‑first, multilingual, targeted platform with social engagement and analytics. Rolled out with executive support and local ambassadors, it provided uninterrupted communication during a major cyber‑attack, decentralized content creation, and aggregated corporate and local news. The result: a single, personalized information hub with thousands of items, real‑time measurement and high adoption (100% of registered users active in 2021).
