Sport Clips, a franchise with more than 1,800 locations, needed a way to keep a consistent brand voice across many local social accounts while staying competitive in thousands of local markets. Sport Clips partnered with SOCi to manage Social, Reviews, and Listings, including claiming 1,800 local pages and syncing franchise accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Google Business Profiles, and Yelp. With SOCi, Sport Clips improved local page management, SEO, and review response, including a decrease in average response time by more than four days, a nearly 15% increase in review response rate, a 47.3% increase in Google search volume, a 7.4% increase in website traffic, and a 21.7% reduction in call volume.
