Ace Hardware partnered with SOCi to address inconsistency across more than 4,000 domestic locations. Because each social page was independently managed and 25% of those pages were unclaimed, the company faced the risk of rogue and sometimes damaging content, along with the challenge of helping local retailers manage social media and online reputation across very different levels of experience.

With SOCi, Ace Hardware worked to protect and grow the brand while increasing local sales, improving local authenticity and brand consistency, and boosting retailer participation in social and reputation management sites. In the first few months, SOCi helped Ace achieve 1M+ followers generated, 500+ new reviews managed per week, 7x engagement, a 4-star average rating maintained, and 100+ new retailers added per month, while 1 in 4 retailers were participating as of Q1 2019.
